Description Villa Next Level

                 The name is our promise

We are pleased to introduce you to this elegant, stylish and modern holiday home in SW Cape Coral (built in late 2017). This modern and straightforward styled house in sought after residential area SW of Cape Coral is available to rent for your holiday since March 2018.

The "Next Level" villa is unlike any other villa / cottage in Cape Coral. We have consciously waived the so-called 'Florida style' and thus on a lot of plush and cheesy decorations. The villa is very modern and fully equipped. It is not a classic rental property, because our house is well maintained and equipped to the last detail. Of course we do not want to give up any comfort we are used to from our house in Switzerland.

This is relaxation on over 230 m² of air-conditioned living space with large living room, kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms with walk-in closet and three separate bathrooms.

All-day sunbathing thanks to south-east orientation and large sundeck and guaranteed cooling in the pool, which extends over the entire width of the house.

The sophisticated, stringent 3 bedroom design with 1 king bed in each bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 3 garages will fascinate you from the beginning. Straight-line sightlines already clear the view from the entrance to the spacious pool deck. On 230 square meters of living space with over 3 m high ceilings you experience a unique feeling of space. Designer kitchen with high-quality quartz countertops, 24x24 high-gloss tiles in the entire main living area, parquet in the bedrooms & den, decorative mosaic accents in the bathrooms, whirlpool and rain shower in the master bath, accent walls in the living and dining area and much more. The infinity edge pool (9.2 m * 4.6 m) with electric heating and salt water system (salt almost not noticeable ;-)) invites you to extensive sunbathing. Of course, the modern villa has a boat access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa has a boat dock and a pool cage

The "Next Level" villa  is located on one of the saltwater canals with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Cape Coral is located right next to Fort Myers (25 minutes from the international airport with direct flights) and is called the "American Venice" because of the many canals.

With quick access to the open sea via the Caloosahatchee River, you can easily reach the wonderful offshore islands of Sanibel Island and Captiva.

Anyone looking for holiday destinations these days has most of the time the relaxation in mind, in addition to the sea, ideally a first class accommodation in a perfect climate. And if it may be a little further, then Florida would be a prime destination and recommendation.

With 300 sunny days under the palm trees. Add to that: White sandy beaches and the chance to enjoy a vacation that is second to none, below, inside, on and around the blue in terms of sky & water. Because the sunshine state of the USA is not for nothing the very first address. Even more: The many beautiful, sometimes sophisticated places and cities of Florida, offer the European and German holiday spirit almost everything your heart desires.

Whether action in the many amusement parks, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Cape Canaveral or the many destinations in the most immediate vicinity. Or the many attractive shopping malls. Or, finally, the privilege of enjoying its sundowners where it may be most beautiful: in a vacation home, in a fantastic location that invites you to spend the vacation you most likely deserve.

Welcome to Cape Coral and your chill out zone beyond Switzerland

Cape Coral - History

It all began less than 60 years ago when brothers Leonard and Jack Rosen spent a few weeks searching for "viable" land in southwest Florida. Among other things, they flew over a peninsula, which was then populated only by anglers and poachers and was called "Redfish Point". Immediately, the two recognized the enormous potential, bought in late 1957 the piece of land for $ 678,000 and renamed it to today's Cape Coral. A year later, the first plots of land were surveyed and a development began, which became known as "Waterfront Wonderland". It launched one of the largest promotions in the US, in the first year buyers were flown by plane into the city. One of the city's most famous main streets, the "Del Prado Boulevard", served as a gravel landing strip at this time. In Cape Coral over 640 kilometers of waterways were dug in the coming years and over 2,700 kilometers of "normal" roads were tarred.

When Cape Coral was officially declared a city in 1970, it had a population of just under 12,000. This changed quickly when the great Cape Coral Bridge was inaugurated, creating a fast link between Fort Myers and the peninsula. Just a decade old, Cape Coral was on its way to becoming one of the fastest growing and most popular cities in the US. In the following years, the population has steadily increased to about 180,000 today.

With more than 640 km of waterways already mentioned, Cape Coral has more "waterfront" houses than any other city in the world! From this fact results also the apt description "Venice of America". These extensive and extensive canal systems, the proximity to the Caloosahatchee River, and the Gulf of Mexico, directly accessible by motor boats from many homes, attract visitors from all over the world who want to experience and enjoy the special waterfront lifestyle.

There is hardly anything that does not exist in Cape Coral: from shopping centers, hardware stores and shopping centers to the mom and pop shops with selected specialties. Many Europeans have settled here, so you can even find homemade sausages in butchers (Swiss and German) and crunchy rolls at the bakery. Every year, the big German American Social Club organizes the Oktoberfest, which is well known far beyond the borders of Cape Coral

And last but not least, Cape Coral is considered one of the safest cities in Florida and the United States. In a nationwide comparison, Cape Coral ranks among the TOP 3 of the safest cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants every year.

There are many leisure activities. Golfers e.g. There are more than 150 golf courses within an hour's drive, tennis is available at almost every corner and anyone who wants to talk shop about the latest sailing trends will always find a nice conversation partner at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.

In addition, there are various city parks and many sporting facilities, playgrounds and opportunities for camping and barbecues.

Cape Coral is for holidaymakers, restaurant lovers, boaters, golfers or just sunbathers the heavenly paradise to look for.
